I am a post-baccalaureate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. I work in the M.D. Anderson Library basement inputting metadata for the UH Digital Library collections. Prior to attending the University of Houston, I earned a BS degree in Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin, where I was active in volunteer organizations and the Freshman Interest Group program.

Education

Employment

Currently I work for the UH Digital Library, a department of the UH library system that specializes in digitizing materials from the University of Houston, the city of Houston, and the state of Texas, as well as other historically and culturally significant materials. Right now I am working on the Houstonian Yearbook Collection, of which we have yearbooks all the way back to 1935. Though you may not find some of the editions, we are still uploading yearbooks regularly. I also post weekly blogs for the UH Digital library which highlight different items in our collection. A link to a list of these blogs can be found on the right side of this page.

Production Projects

Being friends with several Radio, Television, & Film majors, as well as having a brother in the field, I have also been involved in a few small productions. Below are two examples.
